Exclusive representation of leading global brands
Our vision of electric mobility goes beyond developing our own brand. In selected European markets, we act as the official and exclusive representative for ARCTIC LEOPARD, RERODE, HORWIN, and RAWRR. The territories covered by our representation vary by brand.
This portfolio allows us to offer a wide range of machines — from electric scooters for everyday commuting and lightweight enduro bikes to powerful off-road motorcycles. We select brands that complement each other and offer solutions for different riding styles, needs, and levels of experience.
By working directly with manufacturers, we back our range with technical support, authorized servicing, and spare parts supply. Our customers receive more than just a motorcycle — they also gain the support needed for long-term use.
A European brand with global know-how
ELS MOTO is a European brand built on our own know-how, strong values, and technical expertise. When developing our own models, we also draw on the experience of our Asian manufacturing partners, who specialize in electric drive systems, battery systems, and modern motorcycle manufacturing.
Our cooperation with these partners is based on long-term relationships, careful selection, and rigorous quality control. For our own ELS MOTO brand, we follow defined quality management procedures and thoroughly test every prototype before starting series production.
We combine our requirements for riding performance, practicality, and build quality with the expertise of specialized manufacturers. The result is motorcycles designed with the needs of European customers in mind.
Premium components and proven technology
The quality of an electric motorcycle starts with its individual components. That is why we pay close attention to the selection of electric motors, control units, batteries, and other components that affect the machine’s performance, safety, and service life.
For selected ELS MOTO models, we use electric motors and control units sourced from the same manufacturing plants that also supply components to automotive brands such as Volvo, Renault, and Smart. Depending on the model and its specifications, we also use battery cells and systems from renowned manufacturers such as CATL, LG, and Samsung. The specific components used vary from model to model.
Our goal is not just high performance on paper, but above all a well-integrated machine that delivers reliable operation, predictable handling, and lasting practical value.

For our own ELS MOTO models, we focus on quality at every stage — from component selection and prototype testing through to the finished production motorcycle.
