The 2026 model year brings major construction innovations. A new type of HUB motor rear rim has been introduced. This solution allows easier rear wheel removal, for example when replacing a tire, while also providing more efficient motor cooling. Driving Licence
The ELS MOTO Tiger S e-scooter is fully homologated for road use in the L3e-A1 category. The nominal motor output is 7 kW, allowing it to be ridden with an A1 driving licence (from 16 years old) or category B licence according to Czech legislation.
According to legislation, classification into the relevant category is determined by the nominal (continuous) motor power, not peak power. Even though the scooter reaches up to 15 kW peak power used during acceleration or dynamic riding, this does not affect its legal eligibility for road operation.
