Semi-Solid-State SoftCell Lithium Battery – A New Generation of Safety and Performance
Two removable Semi-solid-state SoftCell batteries utilize an advanced hybrid electrolyte structure combining solid and liquid phases. This solution delivers higher safety, longer lifespan, and greater energy density compared to conventional lithium-ion batteries. The flexible “soft-cell” construction in an aluminum housing is lighter and more efficient than traditional cylindrical or prismatic cells.
✅ Key Benefits
- High safety – hybrid electrolyte significantly reduces overheating and thermal runaway risk
- Long lifespan – more stable chemistry and slower cell degradation
- High energy density – more energy with lower battery weight
- Faster charging – lower internal resistance and improved stability under high currents
- Temperature resistance – stable performance in cold and high temperatures
- Higher discharge current – improved acceleration and higher peak motor output
Digital Key & Mobile App
The scooter can be started using a smartphone – a digital key stored in the app replaces the physical key. When the phone moves away, the scooter automatically locks. The key can be shared remotely and access can be revoked at any time.
Smart Features & OTA
Connection via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile network enables remote control and configuration. OTA updates keep the software up to date without the need for service visits.
- Adjustable cruise control
- TCS and ABS with activation/deactivation
- GPS tracking and regenerative braking
- Type 2 charging (wallbox / public AC), portable 230V charger included
Apple CarPlay & Android Auto
ELS MOTO e-XDV is equipped with an advanced multimedia system supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This allows you to conveniently use real-time navigation, view traffic information, and access selected applications directly on the scooter display.
The connection is intuitive and enables safe operation while riding without handling your phone. With modern connectivity, the e-XDV becomes not just a vehicle, but a fully integrated part of your digital ecosystem.
Driving License
The ELS MOTO e-XDV electric scooter is fully homologated for road use in category L3e-A1. The nominal motor power is 6 kW, allowing it to be operated with a Category A1 license (from age 16) or Category B license under applicable legislation.
According to legal classification, the nominal (continuous) power is decisive, not peak power. Although the scooter reaches up to 15 kW peak output during acceleration, this does not affect its legal road eligibility.
